I live in the Northern hemisphere too, because my city is above the Equator line. But most of Brazilians have doubts about the celebration because they live in the Southern hemisphere, so they say they don't feel they're "heading to the deep darkness of the Winter", since there they're entering Spring, not Autumn.
What would you/we say to them, to follow Greek seasons or their own place's seasons?
I always followed Greek ones even when I was living in South (I think more in the Greek polis than in pagus-seasons and "wheels"), but I don't know if they would be satisfied this way. I'm not sure about how to counsel them...

I believe that your folk is right. We Honor and Rejoice within the Circle of Seasons. So, if they live on Spring time, well, it is Spring!
This is the Natural Way. But, the important thing is that we have crossed Festivals. Equinox here, Equinox also there! Solstice here, Solstice also there! It is much more important if we are connecting as opossites in all times! Much more power within our Meetings! Much more essence in understanding the Way of Circle.
This is my opinion only, i am open to all suggestions.
